This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications ("Apps") provided by Code & Wagyu / Kentaro Saito ("Developer"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how your data is handled.
1. Data Collection & Storage
We do not independently collect, store, or retain any personal information (such as your name, address, phone number, or email address) on our servers. Our Apps are designed to function without requiring you to create an account with us.
2. Device Features & Local Processing
Some of our Apps may utilize the following device features. All related data is processed securely on your device or within Apple's standard services (e.g., iCloud), and is never acquired by the Developer:
- HomeKit Data: Apps controlling smart home appliances use Apple's HomeKit framework. Data is processed in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Camera & Photos: We may request access to your camera or photo library to provide specific features. All image processing occurs locally on your device.
3. Third-Party Services
Certain features (e.g., AI-assisted coordination or image generation) utilize external APIs (e.g., Google Gemini API). Text or image data entered by the user is sent to the respective API providers solely to execute the requested feature. The handling of these data is governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers.
4. Children's Privacy
Our Apps do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to send any personal information about yourself to us.
5. Your Data Rights
Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, requests for data access, correction, or deletion do not apply to our Apps. You retain full control over your data within your device settings and Apple ID account.
